Odd sign usage in CoD4 District

I was playing in the CoD4 Killbox server trying to get its population up on the District map. I ended up speccing a player who seemed suspicious (turns out there was nothing wrong) and while doing this something caught my eye. Most of the signs on this map are in Arabic and some have English translations there are multiple signs that had me thinking but 3 stood out.

 

This one is the sign for the Taxi. It says Taxi in Russian but no other language not even arabic.

This one I found seemed to have a funny misspelling in it and was the only one I could see with improperly used english.

And just to confuse things a bit more this one is an Arabic sign with a French Translation. (In english Pastry of the Day)

Strange that there are so many languages in one place. English, Russian, French, and Arabic. Just thought I would throw that out there.
