Forsaken Posted January 23, 2011 Share Posted January 23, 2011 Both vista and windows 7 have a disabled feature called Dreamscene to enable this download and run http://www.thewindowsclub.com/downloads/W7DSA.zip Just hit enable and then you can close the program for good, after that all you need is any wmv format video you choose and you can right click on the video and click set as desktop background at the top and there you go. I'd recommend getting a video that is native to your desktops resolution so theres no stretchy problems which might be a problem for users on 1920x1200 or higher since those are uncommon resolutions. Doesn't lag my computer, theres lots of different options for you since you can download any type of video and convert it to wmv format.
