ETL Base v3 - waypoints

Waypoints for etl_base v3 based on tc_base waypoints for classic "tc_base" gameplay. ("brewdog" gameplay not included!)

 

Archive contains waypoints for default mapscript and for mapscript with additional ladder near Axis spawn.
