Map similar to Wurzburg Radar Phx. 

- Weather Conditions like in classic Radar.
- Changed Primary Objective (removed radar parts, added secret documents)
- Added Bunker Door (for documents's room)
- Added Truck Race
- Added New axis's spawn points in abbandoned villa
