Script to automatically say thank you when receiving health or ammo?

Wondering if it's possible to write a script that detects receipt of ammo and health and says thank you automatically?

Unfortunately it is not possible for it to do it automatically. Although, you can bind it to a key to make this possible.

 

   Example: /bind o vsay thanks Thank you for the ammo! [a]

 

/bind i vsay thanks Thank you for the health! [h]
