the black ops rcon tool has been fail... one thing wrong is that there have been repeated reports of the banners crashing.

 

with some help from Dan, I've implemented a system to send banners to all black ops servers. the banners are defined as a common set for all servers. it should be much more stable.

 

if you experience that the banners stop displaying, please let me know asap so I can get the issue resolved. thanks!
