I'm trainer on our club in Poland, I train for 5 years, everyday, but last time I had bad health, but with this i tried train. Today in home 12.03.21: 1.Push Up 4x12 with workout band +20kg 2.Workout band +20kg biceps curls 4x15 3.Handstand holds 4x50s 4.Planche holds 5x10s 5.Maltese holds 5x8s 6.Diamond push Up 4x10 7.Triceps curls on Doors 4x8 8.OHP with workout band 4x8 9.
