I chose to make a new topic rather than post in the other team balancing thread because this is not about the nuances of determining if a team is stacked or when to look at damage received or whatever. This is just about the shitty apathy of both regulars and admins on the Jay1 server. Almost every night I play there comes a time where the teams are off by a large number, maybe four or more people, and no one fixes the teams. Nine times out of ten there are multiple admins and even owners either playing or active in spec and they do nothing. Occasionally an admin will post a half-hearted bind about teams and then ignore it again. This sometimes goes on for several maps in a row.

People on the stacked team often use the cheer vsay at the end of the match to celebrate... what exactly? The victory of the gun-toting Spanish conquistadors over the disease-ridden spear-wielding natives? There's no glory in squashing the defenseless. Some of the regulars like to make snide remarks like, "Oh, what happened to all the [Allies/Axis]? They all chicken out?" without actually evening the teams. It's really juvenile and completely unhelpful. Those kind of remarks also remove any pretense of ignorance that the teams are off. You're flat out acknowledging the stack but also flat out refusing to help fix things.

This is not acceptable behavior for admins, regulars, adults, or humans. This kind of ignorance and apathy really makes it difficult to want to play on the server. The good times on the server are great but there are increasingly more frequent bad times. I don't think I realized it at the time but I think this might be part of why I rescinded my application to join the clan. I don't expect a forum post from a single regular to change anything but I'd like to get it down in writing since any time someone has an easily fixable complaint they are directed to post about it on the forums.

Man, when I played on Jay 1, I brought this up many times. It was normally in the later evenings (USA) and the same people, usually on the same team at night. It was one of the things that caused me to get unhinged on there
