We have laptop and some huge speakers in our gym, and last time i brought cd with my music on and we're like all the time listening it when we have trainings. Love to hear this agressive song at background when we have sparrings lol

Joke aside , i would choose music which bpm counter fits the type of workout . fE , if youre going running , something that would match the steps with the beat
