Help with Cgame_mp_x86.dll Failed Pure server check

Please let me know how to fix this?  I get a Cgame_mp_x86.dll Failed Pure server check error and prevents me from joining your server which I've played on for a while now.  just noticed it this past week.  do I have to re-install game?

You probably just need to run your game as an administrator. Follow the steps from this link. It will help you. If you get any further problems, let us know :)
