not sure where to post this...hope this is the right place.

I was looking through the =F/A forum member list and noticed the reputation box on the right side of the page....would someone give me some insight on this and what t is used for?

Posts here in forum can be rated positiv or negativ by other user . the outcome of this is the reputation you see on members profiles ;)

You can see add.png button in the lower right corner of every post (except your own), if you press it, it gives 1 more reputation to the author of that post. There used to be red - sign beside to give negative reputation, but that was removed.
