ET A way to eliminate screen tearing without VSync or Adaptive sync

Screen tearing is quite an issue when playing ET without VSync or adaptive sync. VSync does eliminate it but comes with a significant input-lag and not all monitors support adaptive sync. I had been searching for a solution and found this tech called Scanline sync.

Details are in the link above but to explain quickly, download and install RTSS and set the Scanline sync to the value that works for your environment, I use -80 for ET Legacy but -180 for the plain ET. Hope this helps make your ET life better.
