    It is certainly not my router because I used the play in the servers and I was on windows XP and I was using the same router so. It is deffinetly not my router. Now i have vista and I opened every ports for CoD4 the game itself on my windows Firewall and it still doesn't work. I reinstalled like 2-3 times in a row everytime it didn't work. Any other suggestions ?

    Yep, Trying to join servers just got this new motherboard i had to reformat and it's brand new. When I play CoD4 and try to join the 2 F.A Servers. It just won't let me connect I jam at Synchronizing Game Settings. And I cannot go any further. It's a pain in the ... Some help would be appreciated. Hetfield.
