No, this topic is for every server, as long as it happened in August 2010.

Not that I know, that would probably limit the amount of participants to 1.

Because most of the clan members and regulars don't participate in leagues and don't feel good enough to take part in that competition.

 

Limiting that any further would reduce the amount of participants even more.
