But tbh, this year during the Olympics it did look like the US might beat Canada, and they did have momentum going into extra time. But Canada has played better hockey over the years then the US and basing ranks on only 1 game is pointless.

USA has always been l;ike the evil twin brother of Canada when it comes to hockey.. Even the stats.. as Ive posted in the gold medal game, reflect how closely similar our teams actually were.. so on a 3rd level, that picture is way off. :)

Even still.. I didnt believe Canada deserved to win.. The feeling i got was that Canada played rather arrogantly in the first 2 periods.. over confidence just seemed to pour outta the TV for me.

I almost felt like I wanted Canada to lose .. just for spite.

 

We should go to this thread and talk hockey. :) I made it a while ago just for this reason.
