Is it possible to play with an controller on ET ive tried and I cant figure it out my controller works with my other games but ET wont

Traditionally... no... ET is purely a Keyboard and mouse game. ^.^

 

BUT! There are ways to do it... it depends on what kind of a controller you have... If you have a Steam Controller, you can add the game to your Steam library as a non-steam game. Then, when you launch the game from steam, it will ask you to set up your controller to play. This only works with a STEAM controller though. :3

 

If you don't have a Steam controller.. but more like.. an Xbox360 controller or whatever... you can use outside programs to map keyboard and mouse to the controller. Xpadder used to be popular..but it's a pay program now. There is another free one called keysticks you can try. http://keysticks.net/site/howto/Play-PC-games-with-an-Xbox-controller.aspx there is also Joy to key which has been around for a bit too. http://joytokey.net/en/
