I was saddened to read about the death of Ronnie James Dio, better known as "Dio" a couple days ago. Though I have not listened to his music for many years I listened to it a lot when I was young.

I used to hang out with two brothers and their two sisters, one of whom was my girlfriend, in 1985 and we got high all the time and listened to music. Dio -The Last In Line was one of the albums we played a lot. This was long before CDs lol.

Anyway, I remember those days fondly.

I was fortunate to see him twice in concert once with his band Dio and recently with Heaven and Hell. I still play his stuff at least once a week...see ya RJD....peace

Glad to see a few others remember the great man and his music.

It sticks with you forever, you know. The first times you get high and the music and people you were with. So that is what Dio means to me. It means 1985, and I am young and stoned and free.

I crack up at the part in this video where all the kids are all playing video games and the one douchebag loses and starts crying like a baby.
