I'm running windows 7 and I'm getting these definition updates all the time too just like Saizou..

If you aren't using Windows Defender, you could deactivate it. You won't get any Definition-Updates then.

I had the same thing happen to me when i had vista, i would get new updates everyday. I just stopped installing then until like a month lol.. i didnt have a problem at all.
