A Cessna T303 Crusader with  a reg number of: N289CW

 

Ditched on approach to Jersey runway 09

 

Both aboard dead.

 

Lost radio contact a few mins before ditching around 5 miles out from shore. The aircraft ditched somewhere along EGJJ's 09 glideslope

just thought the community might be interested and to know where Jersey uk is (most people think the only Jersey is new Jersey lol)

The last major accident in Jersey was a commercial ATR42-500 Blue Islands

 

No one was injured due to a great captain aboard

 

The left main gear went and although it took skill to land safely but with two wheels intact and by using the left wing to scrap across the runway but still takes a bit of skill.
