RubberDuck Posted June 30, 2013 Author Posted June 30, 2013 I have a Logitech G710+ Mechanical and I love it. Uses MX Cherry Brown switches (Tactile no click) , has multimedia keys, 6 G keys, USB, and O rings under the keys to dampen sound (only keyboard with O rings). The keys are still louder than a rubber dome keyboard but it is queiter than a Black Widow blue key. This keyboard is expensive though. Yeah I tested that in a store but i didnt like those switches and it wasnt that much more quiet than K70 that I ended up buying. Quote
XenoDeki Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 Corsair mechanical keyboards have cherry mx red switches which they say are best suited for gaming purposes but not for typing. With that and its aluminum frame, it should be able to handle the abuse of key pressing, etc. for quite some time. At least you're satisfied with your K70 Quote
