Cod4 beginners - lag and intermittent disconnection

Today we have intermittent disconnection (every few seconds) on cod4 beginners server. Other players were also reporting it. Please help.

 

Here is winmtr report

 

(My ping is usually high - but I never get disconnected like this)

looks like it is fixed now, don't know what fixed it though
