Patch switcher problem

Hello all, After installing the UK patch selector I can no longer load/play any 1.7 severs. 1.6 works fine and is the one I play most of the time anyway, but would still like to be able to use 7. The program freezes and an error screen appears when I try and enter a game on 7, but I am unable to see what the error msg is. any ideas?

I suppose you patched to 1.7, that would mean by default, running the game it will load 1.7.

 

So, for 1.6 open patch selector.

For 1.7, skip the selector.

 

To fix your primary problem, we will need more information, but untill that, this should help you.

Another option is to do 2 separate instillations of COD. Just create a new folder on the 2nd install ( I called mine 1.7 ) and during the instillation you can choose that folder. Then install the 1.7 patch on that folder. Then you don't have to mess with a patch selector at all.
