So I been playing GTA IV on the xbox 360, and I noticed on my live account it says stuff about the "Ballad of gay Tony" and having a base jumping competition. I read all into it, and did not find answers I was looking for. Basically does anyone know any of these things? :Is there even a parachute in GTA IV, and if so how do I get it? :Is the "Ballad of gay Tony" an add on that allows this base jumping? I used to love climbing up the buildings in GTA SA, and jumping off with the parachute. I would love to play around with this on GTA IV, but I cannot for the life of me find a parachute, or a cheat to enable one. Quote
