Cannibal Posted June 9, 2012 Author Posted June 9, 2012 Ok here's a test. did this demo work? This time maybe. I don't know. Was that the right way to attach a demo? Thanks everyone for helping me figure this out. Quote
Joker Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 On Win7 it might be in: \Users\Username\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare Quote
Cannibal Posted June 9, 2012 Author Posted June 9, 2012 (edited) Joker, that's exactly where it was! Thanks a million, it's satisfying to at least finaly find the files. Let's see, is this the right file to attach now? Or is there a better way to post it? Edited June 9, 2012 by Cannibal Quote
Joker Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 Yes it works. It is easier to find these files if You go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare Then click "Compatibility Files". Quote
Davidjb7 Posted June 11, 2012 Posted June 11, 2012 I have found a good way to record a demo is to use the COD 4 console record, then to use Quick time record to record the COD4 demo. That way you get no lag. Quote
Krauersaut Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 I have found a good way to record a demo is to use the COD 4 console record, then to use Quick time record to record the COD4 demo. That way you get no lag. We only accept original .dm_1 demos as proof for obvious reasons. Thanks for the suggestion anyhow. Quote
