signature request How do I access signatures?

First of all, forgive me if this is the wrong place to ask, because i couldn't find the section for general questions. (I tried search too!)

 

I was simply wondering how one unlocks the option to use signatures? Is it by post count? VIP? Being a member of F|A?

 

Also, is there a set of rules on signature proportions? Thanks ^.^

You need at least 25 posts to unlock that.

 

And please signatures of 500x150 pixels at max (Isnt a rule but its the recomendable).
