Flour

Beer

salt

pepper

large shrimp

shredded coconut

Mix 1/2 cup of beer with enough flour (not runny and not pasty , tablespoon of each salt and pepper, dip shrimp in batter, lay on non-stick paper on a tray, when tray is full, put in fridge for 1/2 hour.

Take cold shrimp from tray and roll in coconut, put in deep fryer or oven to cook.

Hoffman house shrimp sauce goes well with these.

I love these shrimp, great for a day watching the big screen on football Sunday.
