Yeah they do. I have the updated drivers but it was still giving me issues. I dont know what was going on but I am not even trying to buy the game to figure the problem out.

Your videocard doesn't support OpenGL 3.1 or newer...

This does mean you can't play the game

Could you please go to start execute and type dxdiag, and upload your information?
