How to upload demos into a topic.

First then nothing you should download any of this softwares to compress:
Winrar download page or Winzip donwload page.
Download and install it.

Before nothing you need find your demo, how?, it depend from where your demo is:

C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\jaymod\demos Jay
C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\noquarter\demos No Quarter
C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\nitmod\demos Nitmod
C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\silent\demos Silent
C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\etpro\demos EtPro
C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\nq\demos No Quarter

In my case i use winrar, i'll show you how to do it with it, basically is the same with both softwares. The extensio for winrar is *.rar for WinZip is *.zip.
