Kinda screwy lately

I have noticed that the ping for all players is stuck at 999 on this server and it seems to go through some wierd lag spikes.

 

Example: 22:15 19April11 everyone was experiencing some bad lag and then the server started randomly dropping players. One moment it was 4 on 4 and then it was 2 on 0 with notice that the 6 others timed out and then I was dropped on account of "server unavailabe".

 

The lag and time outs are new, but the 999 ping has been like that for a few days now. Do we need to pull a repair on the server or just get a server reset to fix it. The problem isn't a horrible one but can occationally prove frustrating when it starts acting up like a third grader off his Ritalan.
