I have the game of the year maps on a hard drive somewhere, and a couple custom pk3 maps that I kept from when I used to play rtcw. You can get most of them just googling for it without too much trouble too. There are some sites that still have the old rtcw maps.

 

If you are looking for half-completed maps I'm not sure why you would want that but good luck.
