New maps are not loaded when the game starts. Please HELP

yeah... i did so and there is no download of the map and mod file, unfortunately

Hi there,

first check the nq folder (if using ETLegacy client the nq folder is the one in the <user>/Documents/ETLegacy/ folder) and remove files ending in .tmp or .part

 

then start the game, and select the mod NQ (open the MOD tab and double clock the nq)

run your confing if you do it this way then check and in case set these two

 

cl_allowDownload            1
cl_wwwDownload            1

 

both these cvars are needed to download files from the game.

Then connect to the game server

i always clear these .tmp files when there are unsuccessful downloads of maps or files

Then extreme measures... rename the nq folder into nq_old

then run the game, check those variables and do not run any cfg, connect to the server and let it download everything (hopefully)

yes, i already tried all the methods before post in this YDA's topic and tried the same from another PC, xddd. just give all the mod files in private messages, i want to play on nq1 sometimes.

so, we cannot influence this problem in any way.

 

one of the likely reasons is that users from Russia (or some russian internet service providers) cant download files from this "dediserverhosting" resource due to the sanctions of one of the parties (dediserverhosting or ru internet provider). 

 

either this is a temporary problem and a malfunction has occurred somewhere.

Check your DM.

 

You could also try downloading it using a VPN and see if it helps.
