ETL- motion controls not working

Hi guys, I have a problem today with the controls.
I entered Beg#2 as usual and I found 2 problems;
the disabled spec and the arrows that I usually use for left/right movements do the left/right lean and there is no way to make them work even by configuring the controls from the game.
Any suggestions? thanks!

Open the console while on that server and do /bindlist and hit enter. It'll bring up your full list of bound keys. I'd start by taking a look at what commands the game thinks are bound to what keys.

Thanks Haru; the good news is that after several attempts I managed to restore everything but I was going crazy😖
I will still take your advice into account for the future so that I will learn
something more.
