ETnam mod not compatible

I managed a functioning Nam server until two days ago when a reinstall of the mod on the ip server resulted in the server becoming unplayable. The provider indicated that the failure to successfully install was probably due to the recent Legacy update on their server. 

Basically the server is now dead. The interim solution was to go back to a NitMod server...however that is a pretty poor substitute. 

Any ideas about where to look in terms of an ISP which is not running the latest Legacy update, or for that matter running something other than legacy.
