Hi Jon, to connect to the servers simply open the console while in game and just type as follows

For Silent 1 Server 

/connect silent1.clan-fa.com

OR

/connect 185.150.191.44

 

For Jaymod 1 Server
/connect jay1.clan-fa.com

OR

/connect 135.148.137.185
