Euro server lag?

Hey guys, I wasn't going to post this but not sure what else to do.

 

I'm lagging ONLY on the Euro servers. My Ping is 100+ from what it should be ONLY on those servers. This just started happening to me earlier this week. Nothing else on my network is affected. (That I can tell) My internet speeds are just as they normally are. 

I have reset my modem and my connection countless times but does not seem to fix the issue. 

All my settings in game are as they should be (/rate, /snaps, etc.)

Now, for a short time last night, I was speaking to Yaku and it returned to normal. Woke up and its back to being laggy again. (Unplayable)

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know as I am out of ideas, and I'd like to be able to play on Legacy server again. ;)

Had this same issue as well on the ETL server last night, was lagging so bad I couldn't even move
