Hi 4estw1zzard!

I've never disc-golfed, but I have played a ton of ultimate!

Nothing against disc golf, of course, I plan to get into it when there will be a course nearby. Right now, I can play ultimate by driving 10-15 minutes away. But if I wanted to get to the nearest disc golf course, it'd be more like an hour away, depending on traffic.

From what I've been able to see from other friends that do disc golf, the discs are very different from traditional 175 gm ultimate discs and require different techniques and skills to be able to throw them well. I'm a really good handler at ultimate, but driving and putting at disc golf seem way more difficult, maybe with a lot of practice 🙂

Still, it's a pretty cool sport and I want to start playing eventually.
