This guy dug through all the weapon and perk data and compiled it here. He's still adding stuff so check back every day or so.

 

One really interesting thing I learned is how they determine player speed in this game differently from the past few CoD's. It now changes your speed depending what weapon you have out instead of what your primary weapon is. So you will run faster with a pistol in your hand than your sniper rifle for instance.

Doesn't really make sense to run at different speeds depending on which weapon is currently equipped since your carrying all of it anyhow....

 

If the lmg is on your back and you got the pistol out your speed shouldn't change.

The way I see it is you have the choice to switch to your pistol and run fast, but risk not having your primary out to win a firefight, or running slower but being able to have your primary out.

No it might not make sense, but neither does calling in a B-52 for a tactical carpet bombing

i agree with tomato if u think about it you may not run as fast as you would without a lmg but you will run faster for the sole reason you dont have to worry about the gun its just on your back flapping. if its in front of you your arms have to carry such a big weapon they have no room to swing.
