In this topic I would everyday post my menu on all day. It's not salad etc. I recently eat some junk food.

 

 

12.03.21

Breakfast:

4 scrambled eggs

Tea

After breakfast:

Protein Yoghurt

Dinner:

Pumpkin soup

Cafe

After dinner:

Ketchup chips

Protein bar

Supper:

2x bread with cheese and tomato.

Tea

Today 13.03.21 my menu :

 

Breakfast:

Protein Yoghurt

Mackerel 

After breakfast:

Ketchup chips (i love it)

Protein bar

Dinner:

Again pumpkin soup with cafe

After dinner: 

Maybe some of junkfood, maybe kebab

Supper:

Only tea because kebab had too much calories.

Breakfast:

Protein Yoghurt

2 bread with cheese and cucumber

Tea

After breakfast:

Polish chips: "maczugi"

Cafe flat white

Dinner:

Cordon blue + vegetables

Monster Energy ultra paradise

After dinner;

Protein bar

Musli + milk

Tea

Supper:

Skyr 

Banana

1 bread with salad
