I found a simple solution. Download PlayonMac: https://www.playonmac.com/en/ Download PC version: http://www.splashdamage.com/content/download-wolfenstein-enemy-territory After you download the Wolf: ET installer, open PlayonMac. On the left side it will say install a program - click it Then go to Install a Non-Listed Game - click it Then you basically guide the program to run the PC installer and you are good to go. All mods seem to work with it. I recommend downloading silent mod and running it first before joining a server to fix screen resolution. Anyway I hope this helps any new Mac user who can't install, doesn't want to mess with BootCamp or VM.
