invisible player ?

well , i was reading a topic about tf2 and so i was just curious to see how many are playing on server now . Gametracker says there is a solitary player [ not solitary reaper :P] on the server now and so i thought " who is that ? " ... and i get this screenshot .

[ i have zoomed out a bit so that u can see both no. of players and the invisible player ]

 

any ideas as to why this happens?
