  1. is still the greatest video of all time
  2. Hahahaha. This night goes in my top 5 best nights of TS and CoD4.
  3. For CoD4 (obviously it's the main game you play, right?) the i3 would be the better choice as it fits comfortably in the budget and offers great performance. But I stick to Jacker's build. It may not be the best of the best per part, but all around it's a great system for your budget. The FX6300 is a great processor and from what I can tell it's the go-to budget processor. Coupled with something like an R7-260(X) you'll easily be playing CoD4 on max settings with great frame-rates. Here's a build list I put together: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3i37b a hair over $500 but definitely a good build. Even got a 500W PSU in so you'll have plenty of room to work with. Also, you can get an OS for $20-ish. Not completely sure on the methods used for the people that sell the keys but if you're interested I'll give you the link in a PM. That's what I did to get Windows 8.1 for $15
  4. I'm perfectly happy with the new rotation. Thanks KG! I feel like a kid on Christmas
  5. This^ The build is perfect for $500. Anything pre-built or even if you picked the parts out on websites like cyberpower or ibuypower would be more expensive. Only problem is there's no keyboard or monitor. While it's usually not something you'd want especially for a game like CoD4 you could just use your TV as a monitor and a keyboard can be had for less than $20. You don't need anything special...yet. No matter what you buy/build it's pretty much the same thing when it comes to putting it together. If you ever played with Legos then you have the basic concept down. This goes here, that goes there. Just have to be more careful since instead of indestructible blocks you're putting together hundreds of dollars worth of not-so-indestructible hardware. I suggest watching a few tutorials/guides on how to put a build together and whenever you do get it READ THE MOTHERBOARD MANUAL. Seriously. One cable unplugged or plugged into the wrong spot will have you freaking out and thinking you got faulty hardware. After 3 builds I still mess up so take your time and make sure you get as much cables out of the way of the fan as possible.
  6. Please, for the love of everything that is undead, DROP CROSSFIRE. I honestly cannot take that map and every time it comes up I afk until it's done. That map alone has drained me of all my urges to play CoD4. Custom maps would be pretty cool too!
  7. Mmmmm. Us admins will be doing a lot of Spring Cleaning on the servers
  8. Sorry to hear, bud You'll still be on the server right?
  9. Good luck and get well soon
  10. That's pretty cool! Would be awesome to see pics like that (obviously not graffiti) from all over the world from different members!
  11. Congrats TC! I expect, no, DEMAND pics when you're doing the upgrades!
  12. The 260X is the better card by a small margin. But the Asus card definitely has the better cooler on it. Buuuut then again the XFX comes with 2 games. Choose one and compromise
