ET Server something has changed on Jay3

I apologize, it is not a complaint, but if any expert can explain to me this fact would do me a great favor.

I've always had a stable ping of 44 - 48
sometimes, on some days it varied to 54-58, but it was enough to turn off the Router / Modem and turn it back on, to go back to my 44 - 48.

It's now 3 - 4 days, since the last Crash of Jay3, that my latency has changed to 64 - 68, and even if I restart the Router / Modem, I can not recover these 20 ms

I noticed that doing a Tracert to Jay3, from Milan (Italy) sent me to France when Jay3 had the Crash, then go to Germany on Jay3, while before I went from Milan to the server, now it's back to normal, but my latency is no longer as before, and I can not understand why.

Also on Jay1 my latency is always equal 119-120
