I will swapping servers - INS #2 to Euro and DOI #2 to US. 

 

This way we will have - 

 

2 INS server - US / 1 Euro

2 DOI Server - Euro / 1 US

 

I will post the updated IP's. Settings remain same. Admins are centralized, so they remain in sync now.
