btw, if you order a pizza, and you tell them that if it doesnt arrive in 10 minutes (and you have evidences ofc) but the pizza arrives 11 minutes after your order, you can legally decide not to pay for the pizza (and also not get it), as the delivery time of a pizza is normally a warranty but you can make it to a condition
