Sounds like waypoint issue. No time to review demo now but could you please report it on tracker under the right server and with the title 'bot waypoints minas'?

will be interesting to see what happened...i have a few theories .  cant u go into waypoint files check errors.? sounds like a empty field !.

  • If bots are connected but don’t leave the spawn area the navigation file (<map>.nav - see <fs_basepath>/legacy/omni-bot/et/nav) of map is missing. This shouldn’t occure on stock maps and many other maps

on tracker now, can someone delete this one ?

I "disappeared" a couple of my replies because they are contrary to DD's reply to Boduko's report in tracker, where he said :

U should never put bots to spec. That would fk up server. Please be careful next time.

They leave their first spawn area, but when they spawn at their second one, they act as if barrier gate is still up.  They walk back to take up their old positions and act as if the gate is still there.

They behave normally after the second gate is blown and their third spawn point is used, but only if they get killed after that spawn is available.

The problem is that they don't attack in the correct direction from their second spawn and thus never get killed.  They just stay alive outside the now-gone gate.  :)

The way_point author probably forgot to change one variable when the "first_gate_blown" condition is met.  It is a bit hard to understand how he could have missed that, since he must have done some testing of the script.  Perhaps there was some trivial file damage...
