It take some time but at the end you will get what you want. Anyway you can find on internet some cfg from players... I almost forgot to advise you to Backup your own config files before making any changes or trying anyone else's files. If your "vomited" is not an exaggeration, then perhaps the problem is not your config. What situations are you having trouble seeing players? Good Question: what effects are you looking for? I can vouch for MIrror's config , been using it for a while now , only changed the sensitifity and showweapon and ofc the resolution.
