A WD Black or Hitachi should be good if you want a 3TB drive though.I'm not sure about driving a 4K monitor with a 1070... That GPU would be a bit anemic for such a high resolution. Going SLI in the future will help, but some games don't support SLI, so you'd have to drop to 1440p.Otherwise all good. OS Windows 10 64Bit Pro $140 - Must be fking kidding me! Get some Windows 7 license key for 10 bucks and update to Windows 10, I believe their upgrade offer is still around. Actually, to add to this you can simply visit the page below and download any version of windows 10 for free. I got Windows 10 Pro 100% free by using this, and it is fully legal! Check it out. *note there will be a watermark and you won't be able to customize your background, but there is a program I know of that registers an activation key automatically to give you full access (was not necessary for me). That was the only pics of the Thermaltake case I could find, BUT, I'm going to run a lot of fans, which is the best part of that case. You can do a lot better for the PSU for the price. I'd just get whatever large EVGA, Seasonic, Corsair, Thermaltake you can at a good price and gold efficiency. Honestly I would have gone larger, but I had not planned on another GPU until I saw the easy money it makes with mining and crazy resell value. The second GPU mines all day even when I'm gaming. I'm looking at ebay right now and seeing used ones sell >$300 over MSRP. I'd also suggest a 280 AIO (shouldnt matter much which one). I went with the NZXT one since its heatsink is copper and has my 8700K at 5.1GHZ at 1.35v and never gets hot with MX3 compound. But it does have software you have to run to control it... When the z370 boards came out everyone was saying how shitty the Strix motherboards were for overclocking. The Asrock Tachi, Gigabyte Gaming 7 and the Hero were the best. The Asus Maximus Hero is what I chose and its been a beast. I still see Asrock as budget stuff, but I know from reading all of the reviews that this one is a solid board. If you get an ASUS board, I recommend an ASUS GPU since you can sync the RGB color schemes. If you want the absolute best FPS monitor, I'd recommend a 27" 144mhz/165mhz monitor. I did this and the key still works from eBay! The user that sold it to me has been banned though That amount of RAM will likely be overkill. I have never needed more than 16gb. But none-the-less, it will be great to have. I'm not going to get another 16gb anytime soon. I can second the WD Black. I bought a 1TB for my storage drive. These have been a solid HD for a long time now. All in all it looks like a beast! You will love it! I would also highly recommend running a wired internet connection for the best experience since you are spending so much. Check https://slickdeals.net/deals/computers/ daily for deals. There are some people here that are bigger computer nerds than I am, and I am a pretty big computer nerd and I love it when people post things like this or show off their new builds how some of you guys jump right in with reviews and suggestions, etc. Seriously I love that. I have had my eye on that case for over a year, and I’ve been looking to see if anything could turn me on more than that one and nothing comes close. When you see how versatile it is and all the different ways that you can do your set up, it’s a win-win. I'm not ready to spend 800 bucks, but I'll go 500. I'm liking the ASUS Radeon RX 580, but don't know much about it. I updated my list, too. They should be a pretty nice jump in performance, but I have a feeling they are also going to be extremely difficult to get since the current cards are still a pain in the A to get ahold of for MSRP prices. Not this Deals in the past month have also included 1080's (Not TI) for $500 and free game which should be a better card. So be sure to check that slickdeals/computer link I posted above daily. I'd do that for a month or so and get deals on what you can and then buy the rest at regular prices if you get impatient like I did You should be able to save a couple hundred.
