So every time I load INS it runs fine but appears all glitchy at the main menu.  I deleted and reinstalled the game but it didn't help.  I haven't changed any hardware or settings that I am aware of so I'm thinking it may be related to a windows update?  Has anyone else had this issue? I'm running Windows 10.   I've attached a short clip of my screen so you can see.  https://streamable.com/gxxhp

so does this happen only on INS game or normally it happens on desktop too. Try updating GPU drivers. Do u use PC or Laptop.

Searched a bit around the webs and indeed for most people updating their GPU drivers fixed the problem, also what sometimes fixed it was changing from full screen to windowed or vice versa.

Sorry for the delay.  I uninstalled the latest creators update for windows and everything works fine now.  It was odd that only INS had the issues, everything else including ET ran fine.  I checked all of my drivers and theyre all up to date.
