Others or I might've posted it before, I can't remember.Right now, there's six levels I think could use a revision for their titles: 1, 2, 3, 4, 15, 16.Currently Levels 1 + 2 are "Learning Admin" and levels 3 + 4 are "Server/Community Regular" both per the wiki and on JayMod/NQ servers (at least). I suggest "flip" these to the following:Level 1: Server RegularLevel 2: Community RegularLevel 3: Learning Admin Level 4: Learning AdminThis will update the structure to our "new" recruiting guidelines and the "new" way we issue levels. (level 1 to trusted players, 2 to trusted players who are both on server/forums and active on TS/Discord, 3+4 to applicants, past members, or trusted regulars per leaders) For full member levels, I would flip the titles of level 15 and 16. Currently, Level 15 is "Senior Admin", and Level 16 is "Experience Admin". I would suggest flipping these to the following:Level 15: Experienced Admin (fix typo)Level 16: Senior Admin There are a few reasons why I suggest this flip. My first and main reasoning behind this would be that a "senior" title is usually the highest rank that a volunteer/employee can get before climbing the rank to either a recruiting/interviewer and/or management position. Second, the title "Senior" usually infers that a person is "at the top" of their current track, is the most experienced, and/or the individual is one of the longest or hardest workers.As for changing the title from "Experience" to "Experienced", this would be a fix of a typo. "Experience" means "to encounter/undergo", "Experienced" means "having knowledge or skill in a particular field". 13 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

English is a very complicated language, so I can understand misunderstanding, misspellings, etc. but all languages I've taken classes on have tense; and I'm of the understanding that tense/time is what brings reasoning to logic. Logic is dependent on time. Without time (or tense), all we're left with is quantum thoughts- a huge mass of thoughts, misunderstood by all. But moving past my philosophical thoughts... It (experience admin) is not grammatically correct, regardless of the language*. *I understand that there are languages that are tenseless- however, in which case... there would be words that would be used to describe whether the object is in the past/present/or future. Only thing that may be a good idea is to find a new name for lvl 3 or 4 so that there will be no problem seperating the two from eachoter. I'll admit, I think having a generic title is probably for the better- there's lots of trolls and other troublemakers that try to take advantage of applicants, trusted regulars, and trial members. We would be able to keep track of who the applicants/trusted regulars are, the same way we do now. However, if I had to think of separate titles... Flible Posted January 16, 2018 Share Posted January 16, 2018 Agreed on all counts. I would even venture to add another layer of non-member regular level. At the moment, there is just the distinguishment between a Lv 1 "20k exp" and a Lv 2 (I don't even know anybody who has this haha), which I assume is about being appreciated by the clan. Some regulars are, by now, close to decorative to the server, that is to say, you cannot imagine them not being there anymore. Many players would meet that standard, so obviously the requirement for a new distinguishment should be discussed prior to introduction, but I wouldn't mind recognizing an oldtimer on one end and a non-member non-donating but community-active player on the other end.
