Did you have one part delivered each week, to stretch out the delight and the anticipation?

(Doc shoulda 'snuck into'  the mobo box and exchanged the English instructions for fake  Korean, Chinese or Japanese ones.   :o )

Oooh, the "many gift boxes" kind of Christmas. :)

Talk about a good Christmas. Enjoy the build mate! Take your time building and use zip ties to hide and consolidate the wires. It will also help with airflow!

Just a word of warning. That motherboard may require a bios update to support that new cpu. A retailer should be able to do this for you. However, since it is newly purchased it should work right out of the box. You do want to make sure that you have the latest firmware after you get everything together to ensure the best performance.

Also, on PubG set everything to very low and textures on medium or high so that you can see enemies easier without all the pretty effects :)  This is how the pro's play.

Plugged it into an outlet and attempted a turn on for the first time and surprisingly everything went great. All fans running, etc.

Now time to get the monitor and keyboard set up >: D, and ET!

Me and doc spent an hour trying to figure out why the Windows 10 Installer would not install.

I spent the PAST 6 HOURS TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT.

I found out that even after looking at my SATA cable connected to my hard drive, I FORGOT TO PLUG IN A POWER SUPPLY CORD INTO MY HARD DRIVE.

So classic!  You are not the first one to do this, not by a long shot!

Your BIOS boot screen may have said something about "no drives" or just "no boot drive", which would be a little misleading, but who reads all that mumbo-jumbo, unless they are troubleshooting?

I should also ADD:  "There is a last time for everything, too!"

Yea, I was looking at my BIOS Screen and could not figure out why it said "Not connected".

On top of that, I just found out my motherboard does not have a Wireless Network Card, so I am probably going to have to figure out how I am gonna do Ethernet :/

Yeah either get yourself a PCI WLAN card or you have two other options if noone near you sells WiFi cards:

1. USB WiFi stick - I recently bought a TP Link WiFi AC stick for £15

2. Powerline Adaptor - I recently bought a gigabit model for £25 down from £50. Just make sure it's an AV2 series with a gigabit connection not standard ethernet. Lots of them boast 600-1000mbps transfer but standard ethernet is only 100mbps max so you want one with the gigabit connection.

Both these items are readily available in any computer stores and even in most supermarkets here..
